The Jacob Roger Poulin Foundation

OUR SITE HAS MOVED. PLEASE VISIT JRPF.ORG FOR THE JACOB ROGER POULIN FOUNDATION'S UPDATED WEBSITE.

Jacob was diagnosed with brain cancer on April 2nd, 2016. After bravely fighting for his life for six months, Jacob left this world on October 1st, 2016, his father's birthday. We established the Jacob Roger Poulin Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity, with a number of goals in mind. Our first objective is to build a park in Ellington, CT, that incorporates some of his favorite things, like hockey and American Ninja Warrior. Please consider partnering with us to help us reach our goals! Visit our new website at www.JRPF.org for more information.
